Q: Do you really make everything by hand?
A: Yes! Each and every item Gobbledygook Creature Decor offers is handmade. Brett and Tamera sew, paint, cast, build, and create each piece (with the occasional assistance of their wonderful family members).
Q: Don't you think some of your prices are too high?
A: You are purchasing a hand-crafted item that was carefully created to bring a bit of whimsy, uniqueness, and creativity to your life. You are not buying a mass-produced product from a discount store. Considering the time and effort put into each piece and the cost of materials, we are offering our products at what we feel is a very reasonable price.
Q: How does shipping work?
A: Gobbledygook ships using USPS. If we get an unusually large order, we may seek out another delivery service. Orders are shipped Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Please e-mail us if you need something to arrive ASAP and we will see if we can work something out with you.
Q: What are the shipping rates?
A: Shipping rates are determined by your purchase total.
$0.01 - $30.00 spent - $5.25 shipping
$30.01- $70.00 spent - $9.75 shipping
$70.01- $109.00 spent - $14.75 shipping
$109.01 - $200.00 spent - $30.75 shipping
$200.01 - $300.00 spent - $38.75 shipping
$300.01 and up spent - we will contact you

Your shipping fees cover the cost of postage, delivery confirmation, boxes, and packing supplies.
Q: Do you gift wrap?
A: Sorry, we do not offer gift wrapping service. We are more than happy to write a little note and send your package to someone as a gift if you send instructions with your order.
Q: How come your prices at craft fairs are different than the ones list on the site?
A: If we are selling in a Wisconsin craft fair, all items are taxed. At craft fairs the tax is built into the price of the item. Purchases made through our website are not taxed, unless you are a Wisconsin resident.
Q: Why do the goblins cost more on the website?
A: The actual cost of a goblin is $110.00, whether it is sold at a craft fair or online. However, you will be charged $120.00 if you use the website because $10.00 goes towards shipping.
Our PayPal account is set up to charge people a set amount for shipping based on how much money they spend (before taxes). This system does not allow us to accurately charge enough money for goblin shipment without potentially overcharging other customers, so we added the $10.00 onto the goblin price to even things out.
Q: I live in or am visiting the Southeastern Wisconsin area and want to pick-up my items instead of shipping them. Is that possible?
A: Sure! E-mail us at contact@gobbledygookdecor.com with this request or add it in the comments section of your PayPal order. We will then get ahold of you and arrange for a time and place for pick-up. We will also go back into PayPal and manually refund your shipping expenses once you retrieve your order.
Q: Do you ever do custom jobs?
A: Yes and no. We are open to custom jobs as long as our schedules allow. Also, we will not do any custom orders for items that require a new mold unless you are willing to pay a substantial amount of money for supplies and labor. Q: What is your return policy?
A: Try as we might to always bring you the best possible products, we aren't perfect. If you order an item from us and it is broken or defective in some manner, you must contact us within 10 days of delivery. Please do not ship an item back to Gobbledygook unless we have asked you to do so. We will work with you to resolve the problem by refunding your money, exchanging your items for something of equal value, or replacing the item.
